Polenta in a different way

Polenta is a synonym for returning to childhood. Sometimes I eat polenta in a classic way, and sometimes I have time, space, and the will to upgrade it a little bit.

This is one of those versions, and for that twist, it takes just a few ingredients with little and simple preparation time.

60 g of polenta

50 g mozzarella

2 teaspoons sesame seeds

a little marjoram

Himalayan salt

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Put water (about 2 dl) in a bowl, season it with salt, marjoram, and sesame oil. When the water boils, add a little bit of polenta and stir.

When it is cooked, transfer it to a bowl, sprinkle it with pieces of mozzarella, and sesame seeds.

In delight!
