Fritters or meatballs is a dish that is always well accepted at home in any version. The combination of flavors here is really endless, and whatever you make always turns out well.This is a very nice combination of millet and feta cheese.
The preparation is classically fast, and you don’t have to do anything special, just have the patience to bake these cartilages.
Whether I make them for breakfast or dinner everything is eaten quickly.
1 cup boiled millet
50 grams of feta cheese
4 cloves garlic
4 small tomatoes
some bread crumbs
salt, pepper and spices as desired
Put all the ingredients except the bread crumbs in a bowl and mix. Then, add the crumbs and shape the meatballs to the standard shape and thickness with your hands.
Arrange them gently on baking paper, then bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Along with these superfine cartilages, you can also serve some refreshing sauce, in our home we mostly use tartar sauce or plain yogurt, but you can make whatever suits you.
