Meat quality generally depends on the type of animal, age, sex, feeding method, handling of the animal before and after its killed, and the method of preparation.

White meat includes veal, poultry, fish, the meat of young domestic rabbits, lamb, goat, and frog legs, and other types of meat are dark.
Meat can be prepared in different ways and offers us numerous changes to the menu.

If we decide to cook it, it would be good to use a larger pot where we can put more water and vegetables, in order to take advantage of all the benefits of meat. Here is a simple meat menu where from one chicken breast, we can make three different dishes.
First is a simple chicken soup, then we have cooked meat in horseradish sauce and Rice cooked in chicken stock.
In a larger pot, put chicken parts of your choosing with vegetables (carrots, celery, leeks, parsley …), salt, and water. let it cook for an hour on low heat. Meanwhile, prepare two smaller pots. Then when the meat is cooked, take it out of the pot, set it aside, and divide the soup into two smaller pots.
In the first pot, season soup a little more with spices and put in noodles, and in the other chicken stock cook rice.
To prepare horseradish sauce we need cooking cream, grated horseradish, some salt, and pepper. Stir it well, add lemon juice and water, and cook for about 5 minutes.
